There is a buzz going around with special place in Northwest Spain, in Galicia. They made a movie, called "The Way", starring Martin Sheen and Emilio Esteves, about it. Like Rome and Jerusalem, Pope Alexander III declared it a Holy Town and Pope Calixto II declared that the pilgrims who went to there in a Holy Year would be free of all their sins. My uncle just had foot surgery in preparation for the journey. This special place is called Santiago de Compostela.
